Interview Katie Sanford of Boss Property Management

Two years ago, Katie Sanford, a 25-year-old lady decided she wanted to start her own Property Management company. When we first met her, she had nine managements to her name, passion and work ethic. Since our first meeting, the only thing that has changed is the size of her rent roll. Now Boss Property Management manages over 100 managements in South Auckland and Katie is the current LPMNZ Property Manager of the Year. In this interview, we ask Katie about her business and also about the industry. She offers some great advice for anybody thinking of a career in Property Management
